Working in a service industry, my customer service expectations tend to be quite high.  My experience buying a car at Vaden Nissan Saturday far exceeded my expectations.


I got off to a bit of a rocky start with the Internet sales department and sent an email to Ron Russo, General Manager.  Five minutes after I sent the email explaining my frustrations, Mr. Russo called me and promised to change my impression of his store and sell me a car.  I was very impressed with his immediate response and his determination to turn me into a satisfied customer.  He personally located the car I wanted and called me back to set a time to meet at the dealership.


Saturday morning, Mr. Russo turned my husband and me over to Theo Zamora and Dustin Adams to complete our deal.  We had secured our financing through USAA but unfortunately, it fell apart at the last minute leading me to believe we'd be leaving without the new car I was now in love with.  Theo and Dustin suggested letting them try to get us financed and I thought it was unlikely since my credit recently took a major hit due to co-signing a student loan for my son.  To make a long story short, Mr. Russo and his team were able to get the deal done through Wells Fargo at a better interest rate than Navy Federal or USAA. 


Brent Cumbress was the finance manager who worked with us and he was also outstanding, taking time to explain all the paperwork in detail.


I've bought many cars in my life and this was by far the best experience to date.  Mr. Russo should be commended for leading such a wonderful team and truly leads by example.  My husband and I will be lifelong Vaden customers thanks to Mr. Russo.


I'm General Manager of a local hotel and involved in training and management of 4 other area hotels and my husband is a program manager at Fort Stewart and Hunter AAF.  We will be singing the praises of the Vaden group to all those we encounter.

We met you last week while we were looking to lease a new car. We leased a new Altima and were very pleased with the process.


To give you some background, this is the 3rd car we have leased from Vaden. Previously we had leased from Key, but 2 years ago we weren't able to come to a good deal , so we came to Vaden. We have dealt with Brian Longacre the whole time and have found him to be customer focused, and more importantly we realized how Brian respected and valued loyalty. That impressed us.


Also, we have a Rogue coming up for the end of the lease in December and I can assure you we will be bypassing Key and come directly to Vaden, the primary reason being Brian.


Also, our other sales person Theeo Zamora was customer focused and always treated us with respect.
