What is Operation Kidsafe?

Nothing is more precious than the lives of our children. Two decades ago, Mark Bott was following in family footsteps as the owner and operator of auto dealerships. Today, as the Founder of Operation Kidsafe, more than one million kids have become educated and protected through the child safety and advocacy program.

As a mobile operation, Operation Kidsafe relies on organizations and businesses to host the programs, free to kids and their families. It was an opportunity Vaden Nissan Savannah couldn’t pass up.

As host to a recent Operation Kidsafe event, our Nissan dealership made it possible for dozens of kids to get set up with free and private Amber Alert-ready forms, which include fingerprints and headshots. In the event of an emergency, these forms are released to — and only to — law enforcement.

Much like our approach to customers, the kids and families who took advantage of the event experienced comfort without any pressure.
